Canadian icon Shania Twain is performing a special concert on Saturday, August 30, at the Charlottetown Event Grounds as part of the PEI 2014 Founders Week festivities. The concert will be Twain’s first performance in Atlantic Canada in 15 years and the first time she has ever performed in Prince Edward Island.
