Cancellation Policy for 2015 Season
Campground:
A non-refundable booking deposit of $20.00 is due at time of booking; should you need to make a cancellation please call 1 800 665 2352 ext #1 to avoid any additional charges.
Seasonal clients have until March 1st to cancel their upcoming site with only the $100 deposit being non-refundable; after March 1st 50% of the fee will be charged. Monthly bookings will be charged 50% of the monthly rate with applicable cancellations.
Inn:
Inn guests that do not notify the office for a cancellation prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged a one night fee according to room rate. Daily and weekly reservations will be charged a $50.00 fee if office is not notified prior to arrival date about cancellation.

Aug 31st ~ Annual Seasonal Corn Boil will be held on Sunday night (note date change) to avoid conflict with the Shania Twain Concert on Saturday

Reminder!! Please DO NOT leave garbage (loose or in bags) on your sites, as we do not do pickups; please place in one of the numerous containers throughout the park.
2014 Recreation Program
Don’t forget to join Rebecca each morning (last day is Monday, September 1st) from
9 am – 1 pm; it is drop in, and you are welcome at any time during this time. Rebecca is always looking for recyclables so if you have anything that you think may be useful please be sure to drop them off to her.
Please watch the windows in the rec hall, as we will update new events and times of activities weekly.

Kensington Scouts ~ Cans/bottles placed in the blue recycle bins around the park do NOT go towards the Kensington Scouts, only the ones placed in the shed by the Laundromat go to their fundraising efforts.

REMINDERS
$100 Deposits are now due for the 2015 season
Seasonals, please be sure to leave your site tidy after you pull off trailers.
Washroom #5 (wheelchair accessible) will be open, but please be aware of ongoing construction on the men’s side.
Win your (existing) seasonal lot fee for 2015 x2!!
Last chance to purchase your ticket(s) for a chance to win your (existing) seasonal site for the 2015 year! Tickets are available at the Security booth, from Cindy in 194C or Anne on 269; draw will be held Sunday, August 31st.
50/50 Draws
Look for folks from the seasonal committee around the park on Friday & Saturday nights selling 50/50 tickets. Winning number will be posted at the gate sign, prize money not claimed will go towards next week’s pot. Proceeds in aid of the Children’s Wish Foundation of PEI.
Recyclables/ Compost
We have recently placed new compost & recycle bins around the park; and ask you to do your part to protect our beautiful park and our environment by sorting your garbage.
Cans/bottles can also be dropped off at the shed near the Laundromat and all proceeds go to the aid of the Kensington Scouts.
