Daily- $75.00 (include tax ) Weekly-$450.00 (include tax)
$500 damage deposit is required for every rental. The deposit will be returned once the cart is returned undamaged and on time.
If a credit card payment is not collected $500 cash deposit will be required.
Payment can be made in person or in advance through e-mail transfer or credit card payment
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Off Course Golf Cart Rentals; Ryan Biggar, and Nick Curtis on behalf of myself, my children, my heirs, personal representatives, and estate as follows:
1. I acknowledge that unanticipated risks could result in physical or emotional injury, death, or damage to myself, property, or to third parties.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all risks related to the rental of a golf cart.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify Off Course Golf Cart Rentals; Ryan Biggar, and Nick Curtis from any and all claims, demands or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in the rental of a campground golf cart including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions.
4. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer related to the rental of a golf cart. I further certify that I have no physical or medical conditions which could interfere with my safety in this activity.
5. I will not operate a golf cart while my ability to do so is impaired by drugs or alcohol. I will not operate carelessly or speed. . I will pay attention when in operation of the golf cart.
6. I will not allow more than four people on the golf cart at any one time. I will not operate outside of campground in agreeance with campground _______________________________________. I will stay within the campground area. I will not go on public roads.

7. I agree that I am over the age of 18. My Drivers Licence No__________________ is and expires__________________. I will be the sole driver of the golf cart and no underage driving under any circumstances.
8. I have read and understood this waiver and release and agree to be bound by its terms.
9. Deposit will be kept if there is any damage to the golf cart, the accessories of the golf cart or lost key. Deposit may be kept if cancellation is within 24 hours.
10. I certify that I have drivers license in good standing and will operate the golf cart consistently with obligations of the Prince Edward Island License responsibilities
11. The key will not be left in the golf cart when not in use. I am responsible for the key while under rental agreement.

13. I acknowledge that I have been shown how to operate the golf cart for responsible and safe use. I will charge the golf cart at night when not driven.
