- The site fee is based on four adults or two adults and children, a camping unit, and a vehicle.
- Additional persons $8.00 each. You must be 19 years of age to reserve a campsite.
- Check-in time after noon. Check-out time before noon for tents, trailers, and RV.
- Check-in time for Cabin, Inn, Yurts Container house, and Chuckwagon is anytime after 3 pm, and check-out time before 10 am.
- Pet Policy:
- Dogs are welcome on a leash and must not be left unattended. It is also the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dog immediately to have your pet in the Inn Contain house/ Cabins there is a $50,- charge per reservation ( chuckwagon Yurts doesn’t allow dogs)
- Campfires are permitted in the fire pits provided on every site, weather permitting.
- Campfire parties have to be Quiet by 11:00 p.m.
- Firewood: Available with a charge at the security booth.
- Visitors must leave by 11:00 p.m.
- Quiet time commences at 11:00 p.m.
- All campers if they like can be escorted to their sites when checking in. (in high season)
- A night deposit is required upon booking which is non-refundable for tent, trailer, and Inn bookings.
- Cabin /Chuckwagon/ Container house and yurts are required 2 nights deposit there is a 30 days refund policy in place

- Seasonals have until March 1 to cancel only lose the deposit. After March 1 100% rental fee is charged.
- Monthly bookings have till March 1 to cancel only lose their deposit, After March 1 100% of the monthly rate is charged
Marco Polo Land Inc. Waiver of Liability Release form
The undersigned hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Marco Polo Land Inc., Campground its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, electricity, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the premises or the conditions or our use of amenities offered at the premises or related to travel to and from the premises. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. Marco Polo Land Inc. Campground is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise Have bring legal action against Marco Polo Land Inc Campground, for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of Marco Polo Land Inc Campground, its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the premises.
We further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marco Polo Land Inc Campground, against any claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney fees and any related costs.
