Our resort area offers supervised activities such as crafts, water games, ball games, soccer, street hockey, scavenger hunts, and more. Keeping with many of our visitors’ favorite vacation traditions, we continue to offer hayrides. Our Special Events will be a sure hit with the family, while our Activity Center is the host of themed weeks, movies, fun games, and activities from 3 pm until around 10 pm (see windows of rec center for details). Some of our biggest hits are Mudd shirt making, tie-dye shirt making, petting farm, RC track, doggie park, jumping pillow, and outdoor exercise equipment!

This year we do it for Care Camp it is an organization that allows childer living with cancer to attend specialized oncology camps where they can just be themselves Care Camps is a registered Canadian charity founded by campground owners that helps kids with cancer get to experience the healing power of the outdoors by sending them to specialized oncology camps serving every province in Canada. At Care Camps, kids get all the medical care they need, along with counseling, and they do it all surrounded by the healing power of nature. Care Camps allow kids with cancer to connect with other kids who understand exactly what they are going through, creating friendships that last a lifetime. At Camp, kids can forget about the chemo, the radiation, and all the hard stuff that comes with cancer….and just be a child again. Will you help us get kids in the outdoors?

Through the camp experience, they can learn many of the skills necessary to meet the extraordinary challenges that they will face while fighting their disease.

Care Camps believe healing doesn’t just happen in hospitals.
